  • Antipasto Medley Salad – Italian dry salami, olives, mushrooms, peppers, sweet bell peppers, proscuitto, imported cheese cubes with garlic and herb vinaigrette
  • Arugula Salad – Arugula, cucumber, tomatoes, walnuts, parmesan cheese & balsamic vinaigrette
  • Asian Slaw – Bok Choy, Napa Cabbage with ginger soy vinaigrette topped with almonds
  • Asian Salad – Mixed green, bean sprouts, mandarin oranges, roasted peanuts, green onions and crisp won ton noodle with a sesame ginger-infused dressing.
  • Broccoli Salad – Broccoli, shredded carrots with dried cranberries, walnuts & bacon
  • Caesar Parmesan Pasta Salad – Penne pasta with shredded parmesan cheese, baby spinach, diced tomatoes, pine nuts, croutons and caesar dressing.
  • Caesar Salad – Crisp romaine, shredded parmesan and herb croutons
  • Caprese Romano – Layers of freshly sliced tomatoes, basil and fresh mozzarella, drizzled with olive oil & balsamic

  • Mango Coleslaw – Shredded cabbage and carrots tossed in sweet slaw dressing topped with diced mango and poppy seeds
  • Mediterranean Pasta Salad – Orzo pasta with crumbled feta, olives, tomato, red onion, peppers tossed in a Greek dill vinaigrette
  • Mediterranean Salad – Feta cheese, cucumber, basil, tomatoes, kalamata olives and walnuts in dill vinaigrette
