Hannibal's Catering and Events catered to the Epic Bible College Graduation last Friday. Each person was served a three course meal: a Tuscan Salad starter, a choice of either Roasted BBQ Brisket, Chicken Cordon Bleu, or Vegetable Lasagna, and complimented with a slice of New York Style Cheesecake. Epic Bible College staff and students listened to inspiring stories about student experiences and at the college. All the students were very appreciative to their professors and thanked them profusely. Hannibal's Catering and Events was honored to serve at such a special celebration, and looks forward to further events with them at our most prestigious venue, the Sacramento Garden Pavilion.

Hannibal’s Catering and Events catered last night to over 200 guests at a prestigious VIP event. We were honored to visit the private residence at Fair Oaks.  Many state officials attended the luxurious event, including Condoleezza Rice, former secretary of state. They discussed around round tables in the house with gourmet hors d’oeurves served in elegant arrangements. It is a privilege to cater to such a nice event and our staff have so much fun!

Over 2,000 people stampeded into the Power Balance Pavilion last Saturday for the Sacramento Kings Reunion Barbeque. Bobby Jackson, Brad Miller, Doug Christie, and Tyreke Evans were some of the few famed Kings players that attended the spirited event. Game shows were held in the middle of the stadium, King’s players and their families were battling in various games, and Hannibals Catering and Events was more than happy to provide barbeque chicken and slow-cooked tri-tip to hungry fans. We provided more than 4000 pieces of chicken and over 100 pounds of tri-tip.

At Hannibal’s Catering and Events we are able to provide for many special cultural needs, for any size event. Recently on Saturday, May 28^th we had the pleasure to cater a quinceañera at the Sacramento Public Library, which is a coming of age party for a fifteen-year-old woman. Hannibal’s provided 15 candles for the traditional “Tree of Life” ceremony, and set pink linen according to the preferences of the guest of honor. Food preparation and presentation is also very important, both to Hannibal’s Catering and Events, as well as the family and friends of the honored guest. Every course looked just as great as it tasted. A separate bar was even provided to teenagers with fun non-alcoholic beverages to cool off after bouts of dancing.
