Build Your Own Salad Bar (minimum of 25 guests)

Field of Green: Heart of romaine, spring mix and iceberg lettuce.

Toppings:

Served with house and Italian dressing. Includes our fresh baked roll and butter, homemade cookies/brownies and an assortment of chilled regular, diet soda and bottled water.

Includes four specialty salads (choose from the list below), daily fresh baked focaccia and garlic parmesan rolls, home-style chocolate chunk cookies/fudge brownies, and an assortment of chilled regular, diet and bottled water beverages.

• Asian Chicken Salad — Mixed green, julienne chicken breast, bean sprouts, mandarin oranges, roasted peanuts, green onions and crisp won ton noodle with a sesame ginger-infused dressing
• Baby Spinach Salad — Mushrooms, diced eggs, chopped bacon, roasted pine nuts, olives, red onions & dried cranberries
• Broccoli Salad with Dried Cranberries & Bacon
• Caprese Romano — Layers of sliced beef steak tomatoes, basil and fresh mozzarella, drizzled with olive oil & balsamic
