UPGRADES (add one or more of the following to enhance your event)
  • Super Size Your Salad: 1.95 per guest
  • Add Soup: 3.95 per guest
  • Add Another Salad: 1.95 per guest
  • Add Gourmet Dessert Tray (lemon bars, pecan bars, gourmet brownies and rice crispy): 2.50 per guest
  • China Place Settings: 3.00 per guest
    Includes china plate, silverware (fork & knife) rolled in a white linen napkin. Service staff are recommended for groups of 50 or more with china.
  • Service Staff: 25.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours
    (duties include replenishing buffet, serving, cleanup)
  • Decor Package: 1.50 per guest
    Includes floral centerpiece, greenery, premium trays, bowls & equipments, buffet overlays/linens.

Biodegradable "Green" place settings and containers are available upon request at no extra charge.

  • Broccoli Salad with Dried Cranberries & Bacon
  • Caprese Romano — Layers of sliced beef steak tomatoes, basil and fresh mozzarella, drizzled with olive oil & balsamic
  • Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad — Spinach and penne pasta mixed with grilled pesto chicken, shredded parmesan, diced tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, baby spinach, croutons & Caesar salad dressing
  • Cobb Pasta Salad — Bow tie pasta mixed with grilled chicken breast, corn, diced tomatoes, crumbled bacon, blue cheese, scallions & sliced olives
  • Grilled Caribbean Jerk Chicken Salad — Marinated in spices and grilled with jicama spring mix, oranges, pineapple and berries with mango vinaigrette
  • Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with Herb Croutons
  • Italian Antipasto Salad — Italian dry salami, olives, mushrooms, peppers, sweet bell peppers, prosciutto, imported cheese cubes with garlic and herb vinaigrette

  • Mediterranean Chicken Pasta Salad — Grilled chicken breast, orzo pasta with crumbled feta, olives, tomatoes, red onions, peppers, tossed in a Greek dill vinaigrette
  • Mediterranean Chicken Salad — Cucumber, feta, walnuts, basil, tomato, kalamata olives in dill vinaigrette
  • Salad Nicoise — Tuna, eggs, onions, tomatoes, green beans, potatoes and olives
  • Santa Fe Salad — Black beans, corn, tomatoes, jicama, red onions and crisp romaine lettuce tossed in cilantro vinaigrette

  • Thai Shrimp Noodle Salad — Jumbo shrimp, rice noodle, shredded carrots, green onions, cilantro, bean sprouts, basil, in a chili lime vinaigrette

  • Traditional Chef Salad — Diced turkey and ham, hard-boiled eggs, crumbled bacon and shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • Tuscan Salad — Crumbled gorgonzola cheese, cucumber, olives, romaine, tomato & onion salad with basil vinaigrette
  • Waldorf Chicken Salad — Fresh apples slices, celery roots, red plum grapes, and walnuts
