Hors D'oeuvresRecommendations for number of hors d’oeuvres items per guest:

  • Afternoon (2-4 hrs) cocktail party: 7-12 hors d’oeuvres items per guest
  • Pre-dinner (1-2 hrs): 4-6 hors d’oeuvres items per guest
  • In lieu of dinner (4-6 hrs): 8-12 hors d’oeuvres items per guest plus an upgrade

Price includes quality disposable plates and flat wares, buffet linen tablecloths, and complete set-up and delivery. Minimum of 25 orders.

Biodegradable "Green" place settings and containers are available upon request at no extra charge.

UPGRADES (add one or more of the following to enhance your event)
  • China Place Settings: 3.00 per guest
    (includes china entrée plates, silverware (fork & knife) rolled in a white linen napkin
  • Service Staff: 25.00 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours
    (duties include replenishing buffet, serving, cleanup)
  • Decor Package: 2.00 per guest
    (includes floral centerpiece, greenery, premium trays, bowls & equipments, buffet overlays/linens)
