When you choose Hannibal’s Catering, you are assure of getting a reasonable price with great value, the highest possible quality of food and services.

Our goal is to impress your guests and make you proud to have hire Hannibal’s Catering. Unlike other caterers, our services include:

• Guarantee we will not run out of food for your contracted serving time and guest count
• Allow confirmation of exact guest count until 3 days before event
• We always offer Boca garden burger or other vegetarian entrée for your guests.
• Use custom wind guard chafers to keep your food hot out-door.
• Unlimited/bottomless beverages with plenty of ice to chill your beverage.
• Refrigerated truck available to keep the food chill and served at a safe temperature all day.
• We provide all cooking equipments from charcoal to gas grills.
• Always provide buffet table linens and décor for food tables
• Uniform staff at your event.

For Dinner: Includes a larger entrée portion and a hot vegetables selection (added to all orders for deliveries after 4 p.m. unless otherwise requested).

Price includes quality disposable plates and utensils, buffet linen tablecloth, and complete set-up and delivery. Rental of guest table linens available, ask for details. Minimum of 30 guests.

Social Picnics

Picnic/BBQ is perfect for a wedding rehearsal dinner, birthday parties, graduation parties or any time you just want to have fun with your family and friends!

We've catered to large groups of over 1,000 to small groups of 30. We are happy to provide service staff on site to grill, replenish the buffet and do all the clean-up after your event.

The All American BBQ

All BBQ includes: An assortment of soda and bottled water, lemonade or iced tea. Fresh baked cookies OR watermelon slices (optional). Ice, disposable flatware-utensils and heavy duty plates, napkins, and linens.

Picnic BBQ Package
1/3 Pound Sirloin Hamburger and Grilled All Beef Hot dogs – Served with all trimmings and condiments including tomatoes, lettuce, sweet onions, American cheese, mayo, mustard and ketchup on baked sesame buns and hot dog buns. Choice of four side dishes. Includes fresh baked cookies and thirst-quenching refresher of chilled soda, regular/diet and bottled water. (Lemonade and fresh brewed tea are available.)

Texas BBQ Package
Slow cooked Tri-Tip and tangy BBQ Chicken Breast. Choice of four side dishes. Includes fresh baked cookies and thirst-quenching refresher of chilled soda, regular/diet and bottled water. (Lemonade and fresh brewed tea are available.)

Tennessee BBQ Package
Tennessee Bourbon BBQ Pork Ribs, slow cooked, tender and juicy and tangy BBQ Chicken Breast. Choice of four side dishes. Includes fresh baked cookies and thirst-quenching refresher of chilled soda, regular/diet and bottled water. (Lemonade and fresh brewed tea are available.)

The Bonanza Picnic Package
Tri-tip sandwiches, tangy BBQ chicken sandwiches and grilled all beef hot dog – Served with all the side condiments including steak tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sweet onions, relishes, mayo, mustard and ketchup. Choice of four side dishes. Includes fresh baked cookies and thirst-quenching refresher of chilled soda, regular/diet and bottled water. (Lemonade and fresh brewed tea are available.)
